Downgrading from paid plan to a free forever plan

If you're a paid plan user and you want to downgrade to Free Forever, the strategy is simple.



Step 1: Go to Settings > Subscription & Billing (https://adilo.bigcommand.io/settings/billing) and scroll to bottom of the page.



Step 2: You'll see the Subscription menu, click on the Change Subscription button





Step 3: It will open a page with all subscription plans, scroll to the bottom where you'll see the Free Forever plan and click on "Downgrade to this Plan" button



Step 4: Confirm the downgrade warning and that's it





NOTE: if you account has more than 10 videos, another modal window will appear for you to select only 10 videos that will be available in your account, all other videos will be blocked.



Don't forget that downgrading to free forever plan makes you loose out on all the best features of Adilo.
