How to Download Your Videos & Audios from Adilo
Downloading your videos and audios from Adilo is pretty easy. If you have your video in Adilo and have lost the original file on your device, you can download it to get your file back. However, the only version available for download is the encoded (processed) version.
When you upload your video or audio, it is encoded into various video resolutions. This is also the same when you want to download. You can download your videos and audio in any resolution of your choice.
However, some videos are available only in specific resolutions. And that is the only resolution you will see when you want to download.
If you want to download a video, click on the project which contains the video as seen as below.
Then click on the video you want to download. When you click on the three dots (ellipses), close to the “share and embed” button, you will see the option to download video.
The only resolution available for this video is 720p. However, some videos can have more than one resolution.
Clicking on the download sign will redirect you to a webpage where you can now download the video by clicking on the ellipsis at the bottom of the video. Boldly seen is the “download” option. Once you click on this option, the video is automatically downloaded.
If you enabled DRM for your video, please, note that you will not be able to download it and not even Adilo can recover it for you. Therefore, if you upload any of your videos using DRM, ensure that you keep the original file just in case you will have use for it in the nearest future.
